Author Brian Hoefling has just released his newest book, Dryads: Spirits of the Trees, focused on Dryads (spirits made from trees), and we are thrilled to be hosting an in-depth discussion with him here at Hollerhorn. He will be joined by Hollerhorn owner and distiller Karl Neubauer, who will be discussing production methods and the history of Hollerhorn Tree spirits, as well as offering samples directly from a single barrel of Hollerhorn Flamed Maple (a flagship Hollerhorn Tree Spirit).
