Fresh out of college, Dan Viola performed at his first “open mic”. Following an inspiring but brief introduction to the comedy world, life came calling, and he promptly took a 13-year hiatus. One wife, 7 children and several career paths later, Dan incorporates his myriad life experiences into smart, clean and razor sharp comedy that is as hysterical as it is impressive, Dan connects with any audience, especially those willing to think “outside the gutter”. Drawing on his background as a game show host, father, teacher, coach, and salesman, he delivers energetic and relevant entertainment.

Dan has opened for Jon Stewart, Kevin Nealon, Jay Pharaoh, Rob Schneider, Sam Kinison and Steven Wright and performed at Niagara Fallsview, Turning Stone Seneca Niagara, Seneca Allegheny Rocky Gap Resort. As well as hosted “The Battle of Wits” game show in College (NACA) and corporate markets, appeared on The Nashville Network, and featured in various TV commercials.
